Comprehensive evaluation: An ace monster that is easy to hit high.
The Fog Counter that counts is the entire field, and with 《Cloudian - Ghost Fog》or 《Cloudian Aerosol》, he can easily reach 5000 if he puts a lot of Fog Counters on Kaiju.
However, Fog Counter can cost him Cloudian, so if he doesn't have a deck that specializes in using this, it's hard for him to maintain his ATK.
Since Fog Counters are often placed on the opponent's monsters, it might be a good idea to use direct attack effects.
It also has the effect of putting a Fog Counter on itself depending on the release, and you can also use the method of releasing after deploying 《Cloudian - Smoke Ball》.
It would be easier to deploy Transmodify on his Level 4 Cloudian, though.

Despite being advanced, the stats are low, but it can be strengthened by the number of counters. Magnification is also reasonable, and if you specialize, you can have a tremendous stat.
In addition, there are no particular summoning restrictions, and because of its low status, it can be used as a salvage or recruiter, and because it is an angel, it can be used in Valhalla.
It just relies on counters and can make other of his Cloudian effects harder to use. In today's era of removal, even if you create a lot of counters, it's not uncommon to end up with a dumbass. If you use it, it may be better to make it a hidden gem or specialize construction.

A high-level Cloudian monster. Has combat resistance, puts counters on himself for the number of his WATER released at Tribute Summon, and strengthens himself by the number of counters.
His other Cloudian and support cards that can counter even if it's not his own effect can easily get a high RBI.

Eye of the Typhoon "..."
It's relatively easy to build up Fog Counter all at once, so it's surprisingly easy to one-kill ATK.
Without question, he is Cloudian's ace attacker and finisher.

Cloudian ace. After all, clouds are rain clouds.
It's rimriver compatible, but it's not a dream to surpass Typhoon with the number of fog counters.
Of course, Tribute Summon is good enough to accumulate fog counters, but there are plenty of other cards to accumulate as well.

Cloudian's trump card. The eye of the typhoon, which is a place without clouds, cannot give up on Ace.
